Overview
The commissary position is responsible for preparing, assembling and packaging food items while adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble and package fresh food products according to health and safety guidelines.
We work in a fast paced environment completing orders of prepared subs, sandwiches, fruit cups, salads, etc. Must be able to work under pressure and on your feet. Saturdays off, Sundays REQUIRED.
Pay: $16/HR
We're in search of someone to help wash basic kitchen tools and totes in a 3 Bay sink for a cold-prep Commissary Kitchen. We are initially looking for 12p-5p Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
Responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
- The duties also include general cleaning and maintenance:- Taking out the trash.- Sweeping- Mopping- Cleaning walk-in coolers- Dusting- Wiping down surfaces
