PrideNow, a division of Pride Global, is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support corporate full-cycle recruiting for a global technology leader. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience while driving efficient and inclusive hiring outcomes that enhance the employer brand.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all phases of corporate full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer and hire.
- Partner with and proactively coach hiring managers to streamline the recruiting and selection process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create clear, compelling job postings.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, qualified talent.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate flow and status within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers and HR during the offer process, recommending compensation, incentives, start dates, and other offer details.
- Extend offers and manage negotiations as needed.
- Process candidate hires, including coordination for relocation and work authorization when applicable.
- Participate periodically in career fairs and recruiting events.
- Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
What We’re Looking ForMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of corporate full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to coach hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong experience creating professional job postings and recruiting strategies.
- Demonstrated success negotiating employment offers.
- Passion for customer service and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
