Responsibilities for an Aviation Repair Coordinator :
Review of all failure reports and trace documentation
submitted by exchange customers to ensure that acceptance and repairs are processed
Support and process repair and purchase orders
Implements purchase orders to external suppliers for negotiated repair support
Coordinates all warranty claims
Provide Quotes and Invoicing documentation to customers
Work closely with suppliers to keep open communication about any open order
Qualifications / Skills for Aviation Repair Coordinator :
Knowledge of aerospace market warranty / repair / exchange / purchasing process required.
Repairs administrator experience Minimum of 3 years
Working knowledge of Airbus, ATR, Boeing, and Embraer product line preferred
Computer savvy and Quantum system is a must
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and within a team
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening.
