What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Primary Care Health Partners?
Medical Receptionist needed for a busy medical office. Experience preferred, but not required. Will need to interact with patients/parents in a professional, positive, and helpful manner. Must be able to multitask efficiently and must be comfortable with computers. Job description includes, but is not limited to; the registration, arrival and scheduling of patient appointments, entering insurance information and verifying insurance is active, collecting patient co-pays and balances, answering phone lines and triaging calls to appropriate destination. Will need to perform various clerical duties such as photocopying forms, faxing forms, scanning documents and forms into patient charts. Will need the ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary changes.
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
Computer Skills: (Preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
