Qualifications
- Certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to outpatient care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
