Outbound messaging to prospective candidates via social media.
- Outbound messaging to prospective candidates via text message.
- Perform internet research to obtain candidate contact information when necessary.
- Utilize various systems to verify prospect suitability and transfer prospect data to CRM (Salesforce).
- Warm hand-off to Business Development Managers and / or Hiring Managers via CRM (Salesforce).
- Gather information from prospective candidates when needed.
