Maintenance Technician- Process - Night Shift

Prime Beverage Group is looking for a team-oriented and passionate Maintenance Technician Process with the ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies. The Maintenance Technician (Process) will provide maintenance support with all production-related needs, working alongside planners and schedulers on the processes. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Performance of duties assigned with focus on safety, quality (of product and task) and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed.
• Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority.
• Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment.
• Calibration of any/all equipment and instruments as assigned.
• Support all Production needs as necessary, leading and assisting on production line changeovers.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification/filtration systems and other production equipment.
• Continuous improvement in speed and accuracy of product changeovers and preventative maintenance plans.
• Responsible for housekeeping of all work areas during and following performed work.
• Responsible for housekeeping of all maintenance shop and parts storage areas as assigned.
• Installation and troubleshooting of production equipment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the production facility.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Education and Experience

• Five years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Engineering background and/or experience is desired.
