Description
Must have the ability to handle administrative duties that will include:
- Answering inquiries: Answering phone calls and emails from patients, and answering patient inquiries in a timely manner. Scheduling appointments: Managing the appointment calendar, scheduling appointments and follow-ups, and communicating appointment details to patients. Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and running smoothly. Assisting with administrative tasks: Filing medical records and other documents, photocopying, and faxing documents. Providing information: Providing patients with information about payment policies and addressing patient concerns. Medical experience preferred.

- Demonstrate written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- EMR experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
