Prime HealthCare Staffing, an expert in the Health Care Staffing industry is in search of an experienced Travel Health Care Recruiter to join our Travel Heath Care Division. A successful candidate must have recruiting healthcare staffing experience
Your primary responsibility will be national in scope, recruiting, qualifying and placing Health care professionals, in travel positions across the United States. Candidate will develop recruiting campaigns to: Source and screen candidates, match candidates to open orders, make job offers and negotiate pay rates. Candidate will work in a strong team environment with our marketing department to ensure an appropriate fit between our employees and our customers’ positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully place Health care professionals in 13 week travel assignments across the country
- Review resumes and screen candidates to find the best fit for open jobs
- Establish and sustain a strong Book of Business
- Maintain straong relationships in your pool of candidates that are “ready to go”
- Negotiate pay packages, present offers, and close deals quickly and efficiently
- Use technology to source candidates through ATS, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms and databases
- Make phone calls to sourced candidates
- Meet established weekly and monthly recruiting goals consistently
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; preferably in healthcare staffing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with especially strong phone skills
- Highly experienced using different ATS platforms and familiarity with VMS systems
- A track record of success in achieving established goals and production targets
- Must be a proven team player, innovative, determined, and detail orientation
- Thrives in a fast-paced and competitive industry
- Demonstrates sense of urgency and adhering to hard deadlines
- Capable to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
