What you will do:
- Work Monday-Friday during the day
- Manage a caseload
- Communicate with employees, parents & guardians, Shared Living Providers, and individuals' teams as a whole
- Check documentation of care provided by staff
- Ensure proper staffing ratios
- Program writing
- Hiring, training supervision and development of location direct support staff
- Supervise direct support professionals as they assist and work to strengthen the client’s many daily living needs including but not limited to: nutrition, hygiene, exercise, communication and socialization skills
- Providing immediate intervention in crisis situations and referral to necessary and appropriate care and treatment
- Effectively demonstrating behavioral de-escalation techniques to assist clients (we will provide paid training for MANDT/SCM)
- Implementing treatment plans as outlined by ISP Team
What you will bring:

- Ability to manage stressful situations responsibly and effectively
- Experience in program development and needs assessment is a plus
- Ability to maintain documentation of records of client’s accidents/incidents as required.
- Assistance of clients in being actively involved in the daily activities to achieve greater independence using person-centered planning and self-determination.
