Your Responsibilities
You’ll run point on the close process, from reconciliations to the production of financial reporting, interacting with all areas of the organization to achieve monthly and annual deadlines. You’ll be an integral part of researching the root causes of financial and operational issues that show up in the financials and then following through on the resolution. To be successful you’ll ensure processes are adhered to, which all flow to accounting, in order to provide timely, accurate financial data and inform operations of challenges to be overcome to facilitate a smooth close and timely & profitable financial decisions.

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; MBA and/or CPA highly preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in a Controller or similar financial management role.
- Solid expertise in financial management systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics GP and Wennsoft.
- Prior experience in job costing in a construction or project-based industry is a plus.
