• Driver must be able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to make deliveries safely and efficiently, using a 2-wheeler (dolly) loaded with several hundred lbs.
• Deliveries are made in all weather conditions throughout the year (snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.), and may involve stairs on occasion.
• Must comply with Food Safety Guidelines.
• Temperature reporting.
• Avoid roadside inspection violations (which affect PSP and SMS Scores).
• Deliver efficiently and safely.
• Report any unsafe delivery conditions and maintain a satisfactory unload rate, maintain a satisfactory smart drive score, and uphold 5S standards of truck organization and cleanliness.
• Provide Quality Customer Service.
• Process collections of money and credit returns.
• Other routes may be assigned from time to time.
• Assist teammate drivers as may be required to meet order fulfillment.License / Certification Required
• CDL A or B with airbrakes; must have a DOT-certified medical card; must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• 5s Certified.
• Three years clean PSP score (no unsafe driving / hour of service violations).
• Three years clean DMV driving record.
• CDL A- Experience driving a commercial vehicle (box truck and or tractor trailer); experience making deliveries using a 2-wheeler (dolly) and or pallet jack.
