Job Description
Operations Manager
Provides oversight and leadership of the daily performance of direct team members. Evaluates the team’s performance in meeting client needs by making recommendations on how to improve productivity and efficiency. Drives business objectives ensuring direct team members are delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding department set goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Operations Manager will also ensure their team provides quality service to build a higher level of customer satisfaction through coaching, training of the new and experienced, and continuous improvement programs.
· Supervises and develops staff through coaching, training, and performance management.
· Manages client relations at operational level while ensuring client satisfaction and continued growth.
· Assists in on-site client visits/audits as needed.
· Organizes and prioritize large volumes of information.
· Responds to regularly occurring internal and external requests for information.
· Improve upon a team environment with company goals and expectations.
· Conduct interviews and participate in the candidate selection process while also providing recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
· Oversee performance management with staff through Action Plans and Coach and Counsels.
· Provides guidance to line of business management to ensure compliance with all prescribed internal policies and regulatory practices.
· Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
· HS Diploma is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
· 3-5 years’ experience in vendor management with 3 years’ experience in managing vendor performance.
· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and presentation.
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possess strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
· Must be proficient in the use of office equipment along with intermediate MS Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Gramm-Leach – Bliley Act (GLBA) is preferred.

· This is a full-time, in-office/in-person position.
· Must have predictable attendance.
· The ability to remain alert and engaged.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position during shift.
· Must be able to complete tasks in a noisy environment.
· Must be able adhere to process protocol and to apply established protocols in a timely manner.
· Ability to follow policies and procedures.
· Ability to read, write, and interpret information.
· Move equipment and objects up to 30 pounds.
