Job Summary
The Call Center Specialist performs a variety of high-quality customer service functions. Some daily functions include answering the switchboard and directing calls to appropriate departments. Greeting customers in the lobby and directing the to the correct bank employee/department. Answering questions about PrimeSouth Bank’s products and services, in a courteous and professional manner, and always representing the bank in a positive manner.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:
· Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
· Answer switchboard, direct calls and take messages
· Assists with account maintenance
· Helps on Teller Line as needed
· Pick up and sort mail each morning; deliver to each department
· Change date each morning
· Lock/unlock doors to lobby daily
· Assist other CSRs with filing, editing and scanning documents
· Provide exceptional service to meet customers and prospective customer’s banking needs
· Assist with other administrative duties

· Ability to operate bank software programs and standard office equipment and proficient typing skills
· Characteristics including honesty, integrity, and professionalism
· Exceptional Interpersonal skills necessary to relate to and empathize with others

· Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor throughout the workday
· Ability to multi-task in a high traffic area of customer interaction and maintain a
positive attitude
· Knowledge of financial institution products and service

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is required.
A minimum of two (2) years of customer service or receptionist experience is required. Bank experienced preferred.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the United States. No security clearance needed. Candidate will need to pass a drug test, credit history check, and criminal background check. Prior convictions could be considered if the candidate can show that they are not relevant to performance in this role.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
