PrimoHoagies Franchising is seeking a Field Business Consultant to join our team! This is an office-based job in Westville, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with franchisees on business and unit economics
- Train franchisees and employees on operating procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Consult with franchisees on marketing strategies, advertising, and market penetration
- Provide clear communication within system
- Lead, consult with and influence store operators and/or franchisees to develop, update and execute operational plans, and new strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to work with and influence direct reports, franchisees, peers and senior management
- Proven prioritization, presentation, time management, project management, and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Overnight and daily travel is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
