Our ideal candidate has:
- A strong commitment to building positive relationships with families, teachers and the community.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field, or equivalent classroom/teaching experience.
- Nice to have: management experience at a newly started school.
- Strong operational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be a strong leader for the teachers
