The Primrose School at Colorado Station is excited to be growing their Team! Currently our team and school is looking for someone to support our amazing Teaching Team by doing a variety of responsibilities including assisting in the classroom with observations, providing teacher feedback, assisting with classroom management, and coaching teachers to meet their amazing potential!
This position would require (not limited to) the following duties:
* Schedule and complete classroom observations.
* Provide formal and informal feedback to teachers

* Assist teachers with curriculum implementation
* Work directly with Leadership Team based on the needs of the school.
Our Leadership Team currently consists of our Business Director, Director, Assistant Director of Education and Assistant Director of Operations. Our team is looking for someone to work closely with them to continue to offer our students, teaching team and parents the best experience possible at our school.
Our team is looking for the following skills:
- Professional communication with co-workers and parents.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Willing/able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and able to practice time management skills, detailed oriented.
- Flexible schedule, able to assist other leadership team members when needed.
- Willing to accept feedback and continue to grow, adjust when needed.
