We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Operations Directo r for our Primrose school located at 11130 jones bridge rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022. Your role will focus on growing enrollment, handling everyday operations of the school, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting a positive work culture, and driving the expansion of additional schools. This role will report directly to the executive director of the school.
Responsibilities :
Enrollment & Expansion : Grow and maintain current enrollment
Safety, Compliance & Cleanliness : Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, Primrose compliance) and cleanliness.
Work Culture : Promote a positive environment, hire, develop and retain quality staff.
Family Engagemen t : Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high.
Financial Sustainability : Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within Primrose standards
Key Metrics :
Maintain over 90% occupancy
Maintain perfect Safety, State and Primrose Compliance
Have a flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of the school
Qualifications :
3 years of managing a school with over 150 children.
Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist.
Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
State Certification as director.(required)
At least 2 years of experience as a group teacher for children under six.
Previous leadership experience in early education.
Strong business management and financial skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare.
Passionate about child development and education.
