​​​What Your Experience Looks Like as a Primrose Teacher:
  • Dedicated admin team, including Director, Assistant Director, Staff Coordinator, and Curriculum Coordinator, to help you build your skills and support you to help you succeed.
  • All children attend full-time 5 days a week, to encourage consistency and routine.
  • Carefully paired co-teacher who complements your teaching style and works side by side with you daily.
  • Assigned faculty who covers your break daily is generally consistent.
  • Fully stocked classroom, resource room, with all materials provided by the school.

 Desired skills and experience: 
  • Must be passionate about early education
  • Must meet OCFS requirements & maintain up-to-date training requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. For Infants and Young Toddlers, teachers must be able to properly lift into and out of a crib. 
  • Mandatory Associate, Bachelor, or CDA in Early Childhood or related field.

Toddlers (18 months - 36 months)

Compensation:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
