Regenerative Medicine Assistant

Position Summary

The Regenerative Medicine Assistant plays a critical role in supporting providers and patients throughout the care experience. This position blends clinical support, patient coordination, and administrative precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, proactive, and aligned with a whole-person approach to healthcare.

While specific responsibilities may be assigned, RM Assistants are expected to step in and support any area of the practice as needed. Flexibility, initiative, and a service-driven attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a professional, welcoming, and supportive manner
• Room patients and assist providers
• Accurately document patient interactions
• Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, and next steps as directed
• Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and clinical supplies
• Support care plans, follow-up scheduling, and continuity of care
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical best practices at all times
• Provide clear instructions for therapies, exercises, and stretches
• Take X-rays (training provided; no prior experience required)
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, chiropractic, or regenerative medicine is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols consistently
• Proficiency with Google docs, sheets, drive
• Comfortable using EMRs, scheduling systems, and patient communication tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Passion for wellness, root-cause care, and patient education
