Position Summary
The Regenerative Medicine Assistant plays a critical role in supporting providers and patients throughout the care experience. This position blends clinical support, patient coordination, and administrative precision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, proactive, and aligned with a whole-person approach to healthcare.
While specific responsibilities may be assigned, RM Assistants are expected to step in and support any area of the practice as needed. Flexibility, initiative, and a service-driven attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with patients in a professional, welcoming, and supportive manner
- Room patients and assist providers
- Accurately document patient interactions
- Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, and next steps as directed
- Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and clinical supplies
- Support care plans, follow-up scheduling, and continuity of care
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical best practices at all times
- Provide clear instructions for therapies, exercises, and stretches
- Take X-rays (training provided; no prior experience required)
- Support administrative and clinical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, chiropractic, or regenerative medicine is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow protocols consistently
- Proficiency with Google docs, sheets, drive
- Comfortable using EMRs, scheduling systems, and patient communication tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Passion for wellness, root-cause care, and patient education
