At Prince & Schmidt (Prince, Schmidt & Woods, LLP), we do more than practice personal injury law—we fight for people during the most difficult times of their lives. We are seeking a driven, skilled, and compassionate Associate Attorney who is ready to take ownership of their caseload while receiving strong mentorship, career development, and a clear pathway to partnership.

This role provides the opportunity to manage a caseload of 50-80 personal injury cases independently, while also assisting our partners with litigation overflow (motions, discovery, and depositions). While the primary focus is on pre-litigation settlements and negotiations, associates should have the proven ability to competently and efficiently assist in litigation drafting and depositions.

Our office is located in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe, just steps from the courthouse and surrounded by renowned restaurants, boutique shops, and the iconic Santa Fe Plaza. It’s an inspiring place to work, offering both professional convenience and an enjoyable atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a fast-paced, highly rewarding career where you can grow into a leadership role, we encourage you to apply!
