What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Prince William Forest RV Park?
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at the Prince William Forest RV Campground. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a part time/seasonal position starting at $13.50/hr for all hours worked, avg of 24-32hrs/week. Job would start August 18th.
Duties:
-Landscaping - leaves/grass/snow removal
-Bathroom cleaning/upkeep
-Pool upkeep
-Propane (LP) refills
Requirements:
-Tool proficiency (basic) - weed eaters/lawn mower/etc
-Valid drivers license to operate Kubota ATV/tractor as needed.
-Minor Plumbing experience for bath/shower house.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
