Customer Service Specialist With Graphic Design Experience
Christian-owned personalized stationery company located in Pelham/Oak Mtn. area is seeking an energetic professional to join our Customer Service team in an often fast-paced and friendly office.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative whose primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service, including answering phone calls and responding to emails. A significant portion of the role involves addressing standard processing and problem resolution issues. We are also looking for someone with a graphic design background to serve as a backup to our Customer Service Technical Support Specialist when needed. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in prepress being a major plus.
Qualifications
Starting at $19/hour, with additional compensation based on experience.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required; prepress expertise strongly preferred.
- Proven work experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Address standard customer service issues related to order processing and problem resolution.
- Assist customers with file-related questions using your graphic design skills when needed.
- Serve as a backup to the Customer Service Technical Support Specialist.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
