Priority Group Services, a leading NJ homecare provider, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting patients with daily living activities and promoting their well-being in the comfort of their homes. What you'll do: Assist patients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring their safety and mobility. Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions. Light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment. Document patient care accurately and completely. The Ideal Candidate: Holds a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role. Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required. Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
