We're looking for an extroverted problem-solver to represent Priority Pet Hospital, create a great experience for pets and their people, manage a busy appointment and procedure schedule, collect fees, and accurately process transactions.

Job Summary
Represents the practice/hospital in all facets of client service, which may include, but is not limited to: telephone and electronic communications; appointment and procedure scheduling; hospitality and client experience management; financial transactions and fee collection. Markets the practice to phone shoppers and other prospects and converts prospects into clients. Communicates information between clients and the practice. Creates and maintains medical and financial records.
Experience and Education
Education equivalent to the completion of the 12th grade.
2-3 years veterinary reception experience.
