This role requires basic knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and janitorial services, but does not involve significant HVAC or electrical work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building repairs (doors, windows, locks, etc.)
- Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and offices (sweeping, mopping, trash removal)
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report issues
- Handle basic plumbing tasks (unclog drains, fix leaks)
- Maintain exterior areas (sweeping walkways, removing debris)
- Ensure safety compliance and manage maintenance supplies
Qualifications:
