Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation:
- Perform sandblasting operations to clean and prepare surfaces for coating applications.
- Select and set up appropriate blasting equipment and abrasives based on the type of material and desired finish.

Coating Application:
- Apply various types of coatings, including primers, paints, and sealants, using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Ensure even application and coverage of coatings, meeting quality and aesthetic standards.

- Inspect surfaces for defects and imperfections before and after coating applications.
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure the quality and integrity of the finished product.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sandblaster / Industrial Painter in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
