What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst, Special Projects position at Prism Vision Group?
As a Special Projects Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting major strategic initiatives, such as:
Launching new patient-facing services
Implementing solutions to streamline clinical operations and enhance patient experience
Developing performance improvement plans for underperforming divisions
Introducing innovative new drug therapies into clinical settings
Creating content for strategic presentations and reports for executive leadership, including the CEO, COO, CMO, and SVPs of Operations.
Assisting the SVPs of Operations in preparing for monthly and quarterly business and financial reviews.
Gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, and presenting project data and findings to senior leaders.
Generating agendas, content, and action items for weekly Executive Staff Meetings.
Supporting ad hoc project tasks as needed.
Supporting Special Projects project implementation with the potential to take full ownership of projects as you progress.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in consulting, business operations, project management, or communications. Relevant internship experience is also considered.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Work Environment and Travel:

Expectation of five days per week in the office or in the field; overnight travel is minimal (less than 10-15% of working time).
