A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first point of contact for our customers — and that first interaction matters. Your role includes:
- Answering inbound calls and emails with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
- Actively listening to customer concerns and asking the right questions
- Guiding conversations toward booked appointments while maintaining trust and a positive experience
- Scheduling service and maintenance appointments accurately and efficiently
- Making outbound follow-up calls on estimates, unscheduled leads, and prior service inquiries
- Creating a reassuring, professional experience that reflects the Pristine Plumbing brand
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong booking mindset
- Professional, confident phone presence
- Strong active listening and call-handling abilities
- Ability to maintain a high booking rate without sacrificing customer experience
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment
- A solid sense of humor (seriously — check out our social media)
