Responsibilities:The Role:
As a Loan Officer with our Sacramento branch, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach. You'll guide clients through the mortgage process, leveraging your expertise to match them with the best financing options. This is your chance to make a real difference in our community and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a robust pipeline, funding at least two loans per month
- Expertly navigate the loan origination process from application to closing
- Provide strategic advice on home loan options tailored to each client's needs
- Ensure compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with our #ChampionofLoans Team to deliver seamless customer experiences
What We're Looking For:
- Active NMLS License (or in process of obtaining)
- DFPI endorsement (or willingness to achieve)
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending or related experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and Microsoft Office suite
