Re stocking supplies, filling up products. Adheres to PRO Club's Show Ready uniform policy. Adherence to PRO's core values and mission statement is expected and is critical to the success of the PRO Club Auto Detailing department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Practices all safety procedures- Details all vehicles in an excellent / timely manner- Able to work productively with fellow cast members- Capable of completing any or all detailing services on time- Always strives to improve detail skills and grow personally- Maintains excellent customer service at all times- Does not let phone distract them from working(but can use for work calls, scheduling).

• Cheerfully greets all members while performing assignments- Arrives at work well-groomed, hair combed, nametag on, uniform clean and wrinkle free- Answers telephone and sets computer appointments in a professional manner- Has computer skills to access all Club sites and email.
• Maintains and regulates breaks and lunch times- Treats all cast members equally and fairly- Provides a clean and safe working environment for all cast and members- Trains and mentors newer cast in all phases of detailing services- Maintains a positive attitude for all cast and members at all times- Cash register use and money handling- Helps cover shifts when needed- Willingness to work flexible hours including split shifts- Maintains work area, office and detailing area in an excellent manner- Empties all trash in all detailing areas at end of shift- Washes and dries cleaning towels on a regular basis- Attends all cast(staff) meetings- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

For example... covering other shifts. Shuttling to off-site locations if needed.- Capable of working in an outdoor environmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTSAbilities Required- Ability to be extremely detail oriented- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with cast and members both orally and in writing- Ability to understand and follow directions- Ability to be courteous, friendly, cooperative, and flexible on a daily basis- Ability to listen and react positively to suggestions from members, coworkers and management- Ability to correctly fill out a service invoice- Ability to use the computer / phone appointment system- Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, organized manner- Ability to see work that needs to be done and to do it w / o supervisionSkills Required- PRO CLUB software booking systems.

Cash register operation.- Good interpersonal skills.Physical Activities / Requirements This position requires a high level of physical activity, including frequent periods of standing, bending, and walking.

It also requires mobility and organization. The ability to lift 50-75 pounds is essential. You may be on your feet for extended periods of time as well as working with various chemicals washing vehicles.
