We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Technician & Service Pro to join our crew at Pro Garage Doors. In this role, you'll be the superhero of garage doors, combining your sales savvy with technical know-how to deliver top-notch service and solutions to our amazing customers!
Responsibilities:
- Sales Superstar:
- Use your killer sales skills to connect with customers, understand their needs/wants, and recommend garage door solutions.
- Close deals and ensure every customer leaves with a garage door they love.
- Follow up with estimates within a timely manner
- Bring in new leads
- Tech-Savvy Service Skills:
- Use problem solving skills for repairs, and installations of garage doors
- Troubleshoot and fix issues on garage doors with precision and attention to detail
- Use of Apple tablets and laptop to help you stay organized
- Use of Service Titan

Requirements:
- Previous experience in home closing sales (at least 1 year)
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Apple technology
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
