Responsibilities:
- Receiving and assisting visiting clients, potential clients, and employees
- Fielding telephone calls from clients and employees
- Collecting and processing employee time sheets
- Data entry and filing
- Assisting in coordinating services provided to clients
- Assisting in billing and payroll related tasks
- Performing other office-related duties
Qualifications:
- 2 years of college education preferred
- 2 years of experience in healthcare or service-related industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be polite and positive
- Good data entry and computer skills required, especially with Excel
- Experienced in dealing with clients of various cultural backgrounds
- Must type 40 WPM
