Pro League Network is a sports media company built for the next generation viral-first, chaos-approved, and always entertaining. From CarJitsu to SlapFIGHT to Putt Tour, we create sports content that you can't help but watch, share, and scream about with your friends.
We're growing fast and we need a social media coordinator/community manager to help fuel the fire.
The Role:
We’re looking for someone who can manage daily posting, spark conversation, keep an eye on trends, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll be hands-on with multiple brands under the PLN umbrella making sure our channels stay active, engaging, and ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research trending topics and content ideas to keep our social channels fresh and relevant
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities
- Brainstorm and pitch new social content ideas weekly
- Write, schedule, and post content across multiple brands (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube)
- Engage with our communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Proactively interact with other relevant accounts to grow brand visibility
- Draft video descriptions for YouTube uploads and support video publishing
- Find and share user-generated content and viral posts
- Test new engagement strategies like polls, Q&As, and interactive posts
- Identify potential influencers or creators for future collaborations
- Help plan occasional giveaways, contests, and cross-promotions
- Track weekly performance metrics and summarize key insights and recommendations
- Keep digital content and assets organized and accessible
Who You Are:
- 1–2 years of social media or community management experience (internships count!)
- A strong writer who understands how to adapt voice and tone across platforms
- Someone who actively follows internet culture, sports, and viral trends
- Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Comfortable working with content calendars, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Bonus points for experience with YouTube publishing, influencer outreach, or running social media campaigns.
