PRO MADE HOMES Business Group is hiring for a Service Agent in their Home Warranty department. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction and/or handyman work. To fulfill this position, you must have

Your primary responsibility will be providing support to the PRO MADE HOMES Warranty Department ensuring the company’s quality standards and customer satisfaction is being met or exceeded. You will meet with homeowners to determine areas of concern and coordinate repair schedules. Once repairs are completed, verify accuracy of subcontractor workmanship. There will be some coordination with our property management team for rental repairs and maintenance.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners using tact and professionalism
- Conduct repair inspections with homeowners to confirm validity of warranty claims
- Communicate and coordinates with subcontractors regarding work orders and schedules
- Occasionally perform minor tasks, inspecting floor squeaks, crawl space access
- Receive calls and review correspondence from homeowners and subcontractors
- Schedule appointments with homeowners and rental tenants
- Verify completion of subcontractor workmanship and accuracy
- Perform other duties as necessary
Required Experience:
- Must have at least 3 years of Handyman and/or Residential Construction experience
- Strong leadership experience
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Detail oriented, with organization, management, follow-up skills
- Solid written communication and negotiating skills.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
