The Opportunity:

As we continue to expand our presence in South Florida's competitive construction industry, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Professional to drive growth. You'll play a key role in promoting our services to property managers, condo associations, HOAs, building owners, engineers, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media (X, LinkedIn, Instagram), email marketing, and content creation (before-and-after project showcases, educational posts on building maintenance). 
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and building partnerships. 
• Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs. 
• Manage client relationships, follow-ups, and close sales to meet or exceed targets. 
• Collaborate with our team to highlight our unique strengths in innovative restorations and litigation-proof solutions. 
• Track performance metrics and report on marketing/sales ROI.

What We're Looking For:

•   3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the construction or renovation industries. 
• Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals. 
• Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO basics, content creation). 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. 
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 
• Knowledge of South Florida's construction market is a plus! 
•   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
