We are looking for a Office Support & Creative Specialist to provide exceptional client support while ensuring the highest quality automotive images through photo editing and branding.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service and graphic design requiring a strong eye for detail technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries ensuring highquality automotive images and assisting with photo enhancements and custom overlays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Canva .
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email phone and chat ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to image quality and escalate as needed.
- Maintain support tickets track progress and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding photo submission standards and quality expectations.
