Estimator/Customer Service
We are looking for an Estimator / Customer Service Representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison between the Account Executive and the company, or the customer and the company. They will gather necessary details to provide an accurate estimate regarding the cost and production time of a potential job. A CSR will resolve any emerging problems that our customers might have, accurately and efficiently. The CSR will provide help to the Account Executive to determine accurate pricing and job details, and ensure that the information is accurately placed within the job as instructions for our production team. Patience, communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy are hallmarks of this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- Generate estimates after training provided by Pro Print
- Learn to use our estimating / CRM software
- Convert estimates to job tickets within our software
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Interact with vendors for price quotes if necessary
- Communicate with Salespeople regarding their jobs
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents (fluent in Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Good computer skills
- Quick learner / ability to learn new things and adapt skills along the way
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32,760.00 - $36,000.00 per year
