We are a highly successful and established home improvement company on Long Island, and we are launching an expanded canvassing / door-knocking division. We are seeking an experienced leader to build, manage, and scale this department from the ground up.
This is a high-level management role with significant earning potential for the right candidate.
Position Overview
The Canvassing Division Manager will be responsible for:
- Building, training, and managing a team of door-to-door canvassers
- Developing daily/weekly canvassing strategies and territories
- Tracking performance, KPIs, and lead quality
- Motivating and coaching team members to exceed goals
- Coordinating with sales and marketing leadership
- Ensuring professionalism, compliance, and brand representation in the field
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing a canvassing or door-to-door sales team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to scale a team
- Organized, accountable, and comfortable with performance metrics
- Comfortable working in the field as well as managing operations
