Requirements
- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
- We are looking for with or without Experience we will train the right candidate.
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Good customer services skills
Responsibilities
- Present apartment to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
- Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
