What You’ll Do :
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions.
- Serve as a systems administrator and data custodian, managing security access and ensuring data integrity.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new system interfaces.
- Assist with month-end and year-end fiscal processes, including data verification and journal entries.
- Maintain and troubleshoot interfaces to ensure system performance and accuracy.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise applications like Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Workspace, Box, Qualtrics, and more.
- Deliver user training, create documentation, and foster adoption of enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate applications into workflows seamlessly.
