We are currently accepting candidates for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide school-based mental health counseling services in Menifee, California. This full-time, onsite contract position will cover a leave of absence and may be extended based on performance and district needs.

• May 1 May 30, 2025

• August 1 December 12, 2025

• Potential for contract extension based on school needs and performance

• Provide mental health counseling to K12 students, including both general education and students with IEPs

• Address emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns through individual and small group counseling

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and student support teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow district policies and procedures

• Contribute to behavioral intervention planning and student support services

• Full-time contract position

• MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

• Onsite only no remote options available

• Caseload includes both general education and special education students

• Supportive school-based team environment

• Active California LPC license (required)

• Prior experience in school-based mental health or youth counseling preferred

• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across K12 grade levels

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
