We currently have an opening for an Electro-Mechanical Technician at our operating site in Houston, TX. This facility manufactures Cosa Xentaur and Alpha Omega branded analyzers and air monitors used in high purity and industrial gas, semiconductor, laboratories, life sciences and various other end markets. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing of our gas analyzers and reporting into the Production Manager. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-managed and task-oriented professional with an attention to detail and motivated to learn and coordinate with other team members. The Electro-Mechanical Technician must be adaptable and flexible to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
On a daily basis, the Electro-Mechanical Technician builds our analyzers, finalizes the analyzers and supporting equipment prior to shipment, collaborates with engineering to assure drawings and procedures are being updated, and assists with other Production tasks and/or team members. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is expected to efficiently shift between tasks depending on product production and delivery requirements, complete tasks in a timely manner, and communicate effectively with his/her supervisor for any questions and/or address issues that may have a need for assistance.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assemble units according to approved drawings and procedures, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify inaccuracies in drawings and procedures and collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues promptly.
- Test units thoroughly after final assembly to verify functionality and performance.
- Assist in the development and improvement of assembly procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned, including but not limited to inventory management, material handling, and facility maintenance.

- Associate’s degree in a related technical field or 4-6 years relevant work experience
- Experience in mechanical assembly with excellent manual dexterity.
