Shift & Schedule
- Start Time: 6:30 AM for the Non CDL Driver
- Shift Length: Until route completion (typically 8–10 hours)
- Workdays: Monday–Saturday

- Hourly Pay: $22–$24/hour for qualified Non CDL Driver applicants

Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 12 months verified box truck experience within the last 5 years as a Non CDL Driver
Driving Record
Non CDL Driver candidates must have:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents
Special Requirements
- Prior moving experience
- White glove delivery experience preferred for any Non CDL Driver

- Real ID required for all Non CDL Driver hires
