Maintenance Supervisor – High-Rise Condominium
Location: St. Pete Beach
Compensation: $25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

PBM is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at a premier high-rise condominium. This is a key position for someone who is skilled in building systems, enjoys working with people, and is committed to excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance operations for a high-rise residential property
- Oversee and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators
- Perform light repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, preventative maintenance)
- Coordinate with vendors
- Address resident concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Participate in after-hours on-calls(overtime eligible)
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years’ maintenance experience, preferably in high-rise residential buildings
- Strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical operations
- Hands-on skills in drywall, light plumbing, electrical, and painting
- Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
