PCC is looking for a Families First worker to work in-person with families in Sanilac and St. Clair County Michigan. Families First workers provide in-home, crisis-oriented, and appropriate intensive services to families with children at risk of out-of-home placement in St. Clair and Sanilac counties. The ideal candidate provides supportive interventions and ensures the safety and well-being of all family members, teaches a variety of skills, collaborates with service providers, and completes thorough case documentation.
A Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field is required. The position entails a combination of in-person and remote work, with the ability to set a great deal of your own schedule. Flexibility and the ability to work some hours occasionally on an evening or weekend are necessary.
