What are the responsibilities and job description for the PHYSICAL THERAPY AIDE position at Professional Physical Therapy?

Professional is a leading provider of outpatient physical and hand therapy and rehabilitation services throughout the Northeast, and was recently named among the Best Workplaces in Health Care by Fortune.

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Aide. This part-time position will require standing throughout the entire shift, the preparation of hot and cold packs and the maintenance and cleaning of all equipment including treatment tables. All work is performed under the direction and supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Prior physical therapy office experience a plus! We strongly prefer candidates who are currently obtaining a Physical Therapy degree.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma required

Strong communication skills required. Some experience in healthcare setting preferred.
PTA License not required.

Pay: $14.00/hour
