What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Professional Search Group (PSG)?
PSG has partnered with a high growth company in the biotech industry looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. The TA Coordinator will support recruiting efforts by managing interview logistics, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and providing operational support throughout the hiring process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across the organization. This is a 6 month project offering a hybrid schedule!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee interview scheduling in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to established Talent Acquisition processes and policies.
- Prepare and process offer letters, initiate and track background checks and references, and transition new hires to HR Operations.
- Close out requisitions once hiring is complete.
- Manage and submit monthly expense reports for Talent Acquisition-related expenditures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Proven ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience with Greenhouse and Workday is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience supporting hiring processes in a corporate HR or Talent Acquisition function.
