We are looking for a fully licensed individual who will be responsible for the clinical supervision and the day-to-day consultation with our Service Facilitators within CCS Milwaukee as mandated in the DHS 36.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL:

• Provide day-to-day consultation to Service Facilitators, Peer Support staff, and all other CCS service provider agency personnel to assure effective and quality clinical programming for clients.
• Utilize advanced knowledge to review cases, assess performance, and provide feedback to Service Facilitators or other identified agency personnel; and supervise, assess, teach and guide Facilitators' inappropriate service delivery.
• Review functional screens, assessments, and ISP's.
• Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services through CCS.
• Participate as a member of the Recovery Team.
• Provide direct services to CCS recipients as needed.
• Ensure the collaboration of service providers.
• Provide guidance to staff in decision-making and responses to crisis situations.
• Ensure training occurs for CCS staff.
• Direct and implement operational planning and quality initiatives through various committees and data collection.
• Coordinate resources with other agency/community programs as needed.

SALARY: $68,000-70,000 annual salary with a $2,000 sign on bonus.

OFFICE LOCATION & HOURS: Position is based in our West Allis, WI office. Full-time position. Hours will vary, typically Monday-Friday between 9:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid model of time spent out in the community completing home visits with clients, with some time spent at the office and flexibility to work remote.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or other related fields.
• Possess Full Wisconsin State Licensure
