What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter Customer Service position at Professional Staff Northwest?

Currently hiring for a Recruiter. Recruiter will be required to source, network and engage in recruiting efforts to fill positions and order requisitions placed by clients. This position reports directly to a Branch Manager and works closely with other members of a team. Recruiter duties will include screening, reference checks, qualifying, placing of employees with clients, onboarding and orientation. Recruiter will monitor associates assignments and build relationships with clients. Requires a high level of communication with clients and temporary personnel.
Position is fulltime, hourly position with bonus opportunity. Ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, exceptional phone voice, professional demeanor, passion for working with people and a highly motivated attitude. Training provided if not experienced in staffing industry but have most all other qualifications listed.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly encouraged to apply.
Hours are primarily Monday through Friday daytime office schedule- This is not a remote position. Pay is $20-$30hr plus bonus and competitive benefit package depending on candidate.
